Booking/Cancellations
We kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given a 50% charge may be incurred. Your cancellation must be made online through the booking software ‘Ovatu’ or by contacting Stephanie.
If Stephanie is not available to carry out your treatment(s) through circumstances beyond her control, We have the right to transfer the booking to an alternative date or cancel the booking.
Payments
Cards, cash and BACS transfer are accepted.
Gift Cards
All gift cards and are valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are not valid with any other offer at The Beauty Room and must only be used by the intended recipient.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact Stephanie as soon as possible.
Patch Testing
A patch test is required for some treatments for all new clients and those new to the treatment. Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Regular clients will require a new patch test if there has been any medical health changes or if there has been a 12 month interval since the last treatment.
Hygiene
At The Beauty Room your safety is of the utmost importance. The treatment room cleanliness, equipment sterilisation and the health of clients are one of my main concerns and we aim to go above and beyond what is required and expected.
Below you will find the hygiene standards that will be in place at all times.
